Harvest of the Month

Each month the second graders will get to participate in a program called Harvest of the Month.  This program encourages children to try new fruits and vegetables.  They learned all about apples and even got to taste one!  YUM!

We let the butterflies go today!  The kids had so much fun watching them fly away.  Hope they find a warm home soon!

These Kids Can Read!

Yup...these kids can read, read, read!  They have read for 30 minutes straight.  I've never had a class go so long at this point in the school year!
